Shurlok Lock Box Numbered Dial Combination Reset Instructions
1. Set dials to the shackle opening combination • Default is 0-0-0-0. • Open the shackle to confirm you are on the correct combination before resetting.
2. Turn the change screw • Use a coin, paperclip, or screwdriver to turn the screw 90° (¼ turn) clockwise to the vertical position. • ⚠️ Never force the change screw . If it is hard to turn, ensure the numbers are lined up correctly. • If you are not on the correct shackle combination, the change screw will not turn.
3. Set your desired new shackle combination on the dials.
4. Return the change screw • Turn it 90° (¼ turn) counter-clockwise back to the original (horizontal) position.
5. Key compartment (door) combination • This is automatically set when the shackle combination is changed.
Please note: The ShurLok operates with two groups of combinations: one opens the shackle and the other opens the key storage door which is +3 the shackle combo. • Factory default shackle combination: 0-0-0-0 • Factory default door combination: 3-3-3-3
